Do not use Williams Hunt Fourways for servicing or purchasing of a vehicle

Please do not purchase any vehicles from Williams Hunt Fourways.

I have never received such bad service from a car dealer before. They have completely put me off the Opel brand.

Parts were not ordered on time, the repairs to my car was delayed for no reason, service department does not return my calls.

My key needed to be replaced this was confirmed with them in February 2018. I followed up numerous times between now and then and they had said the key is there and I just need to book the vehicle in. I Booked the vehicle in only to find out the key was never ordered! Now I have to wait 2 to 3 working days for a payment to reflect and then I have to book my car in again. I will never by another Opel because of the putrid experience at Williams Hunt Fourways.
