DO NOT GO TO ACTION FORD ROODEPORT

To say I am livid with this dealership is an UNDERSTATEMENT. They wanted to charge me 17K for an minor service and cambelt replacement on a Ford Figo claiming it is extra labor????? First of all they **** and claimed it's a major service but I went to another dealership and they told me it's not the case. Then to make matters worse they proceeded with the service WITHOUT my permission even after they told me that my claim was partially approved and that my motor plan only partially approved the service. Now I am left with this mess and a partially serviced vehicle which I now need to somehow fix so that I can go to another dealership to assist me.
