Do not buy. Never received RC1 registration on cash BMW

I bought a BMW in May 2023 with personalized plates from your dealership.Unfortunately, while the plates and license disc were left in the car, I never received my RC1 registration document. Having paid R462k in cash for the vehicle and with an invoice and proof of payment, I was dismayed to realize on 17 January 2024, while purchasing another vehicle, that I never received my registration document. I contacted the dealership but as the salesperson Donovan Labuschagne left, I emailed another but this issue has caused significant inconvenience. Despite regularly servicing my two BMWs with your dealership and spending nearly R500k (including the car purchase), I now have to go to the licensing department to get a copy of the document due to your negligence. The cost is R264.00 for the copy, but it’s more about the principle and accountability. If I find out that my car wasn’t registered in my name, I will consider this *****ulent practice and will be forced to involve my lawyer. I also plan to lodge a formal complaint with BMW SA.
