Disturbing work ethics

If there were minus stars they would get a -5 star. When my deal was approved they couldn't wait to come show me the car and sell me the dream. The moment I said yes all things went hell, the contact person Ross, promised me feedback by a certain time then when I called to follow up he was on holiday or left before even dealing with my query. They promised and charged me delivery fee but expected me to collect the car. they told me the car was in mint condition but it spent 2 days in a work shop and while posting this, this is still not fixed, so in essence they were trying to rub off a dud. When I threated to cancel they got another guy to call who didnt even seem clued up about anything related to dealership operations and simply said, sorry your car is still not ready. Upon informing the sales man Lee, who promised to call me by 13:00 on 14 May, left work at 12. So guys, if you are looking to buy anywhere, I strongly suggest you explore other dealerships. I sent Lee a whatsapp, one of many he didnt even felt obligated to read, that I cancelled the deal, his exact word were 'no problem' when he evetually read it, so he must be making a toilet full of money during this covid thing. so, do yourself a favor. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS DEALERSHIP. It caused me more stress that having to raise children. I would have been patient if they didnt promise me the things they did and didn't follow through because it literally left me stranded at the side of the road because I had not transport home and didnt even care.
