Dishonest staff, poor service delivery

We received our vehicle back on Tuesday 21 Feb. 2023 after it was booked in for repairs. That same night I noticed that the vehicle has been damaged on all 4 corners of the bottom sills below the doors, obviously when the vehicle was lifted onto the hoist. They flatly refuse to accept any responsibility for this damage, and wants to tell us that it was there before - basically calling us *****. Funny enough the "old" damage was not recorded on the inspection sheet when booking in the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment we received and the whole attitude of the staff towards this issue. I will not recommend dealing with them at all. Please be warned.
