Dishonest and *****!! Reeds Tygervalley

If i could give you no starts i would! You dont even deserve one star. I am disgusted by your lack of service and your dishonesty. A week ago i contacted Riko by Reeds in Tygervalley. I explained to him that i stay far away from them but that i am very interested in the 2015 Renault Clio GT line. After numerous emails and calls i told him that i need to know the exact condition of this vehicle. I specifically asked him if there was work done on the vehicle (resprayed). He did not once tell me that there was work done on the vehicle, i requested photos of all damages or marks on the vehicle. He did not send me photos of the bad work done on the vehicle. He only sent photos a a few chip marks on the vehicle.

On arrival i saw the vehicles front, rear bumper and boot lid was resprayed (horrible job done) and there was also work done on the rear side panel of the vehicle. You could easily see a difference in the color of paint used on the repaired panels. I asked him about this because i was very upset about his dishonesty. He said he did not see it. He lies through his teeth! How can you not see paint run marks on the rear bumper. If you know so little about the trade maybe you should find yourself another job.

Apparently the vehicle was just serviced but also found that there was barely water in the vehicle. If i knew this, if he was honest like he promised he was then i would definitely not take a bus to go fetch my used beautiful vehicle that i was hoping for. He said the vehicle was in good showroom condition!! He made everything sound the complete opposite of the truth. If i knew the real condition of the vehicle i would never have paid a R85000 deposit. This was refunded 5 days later.

Riko then called the dealer principal because i was very unhappy! He had quite a ****y attitude himself. As if i was the dishonest one. He was also very unhelpful and said that Riko should have told me the actual condition of the vehicle. But apparently he didn't see it.

I told them that i was not going to buy the vehicle. But i asked if they had a lift for myself and my boyfriend to get a bus back home. Riko said sorry we don't have a driver!!! After everything they **** about the least he could do is to take us to get a bus back home

We had no other transport. I then asked if they could take me to the airport to get a rental vehicle. They did after-all give us a lift to the airport after a long long time!

I EXPECT of Reeds to refund me my transport costs because they were dishonest from day one! My total costs was R880 for the shuttle service to get to Reeds R1860 for a rental at Avis R450 for the petrol to get home with the rental vehicle.

I do have proof of all of this.

I would not recommend you to anyone! You will never ever see me again!!!!
