Dishonest and lacking integrity.

Poor, unprofessional service from Williams hunt randberg. After seeing a vehicle which was uploaded only minutes before, I enquired and told the salesman (Joe) that I will be purchasing the vehicle (2009 Isuzu kb300 4x4). All was confirmed, and it was confirmed that no other offers we're made on the vehicle. After getting financial approval vie their financial department, it was told to me that during that time the vehicle was sold to a cash buyer. Upon speaking to the manager, he suddenly changed his story and said that the vehicle was sold prior to my original enquiry -a vastly different story told to me by joe just minutes before

After saying that they need to honor their original word by me being the first offer, the manager then dismissed me saying 'oh well there is nothing I can do'. When I said I will be taking it up with their main branch, he just said 'ok that's fine' and ended the conversation.

Exceptionally poor service and integrity from this company, and I will never use them again. I have sold my vehicle as I was assured the new vehicle would be mine, and now I don't have a means of transportation because of them
