Disgusting treatment

80 year old mother received a call that her vehicle was ready at 11h30 am just getting washed. She arrived at 13h50 to collect vehicle but had to sit to 15h00 and then they found her vehicle unwashed parked at the back. Had to wait another 20 minutes for a wash. Disgusting treatment which seems to be the norm for Buffalo Toyota
