Disgusting Service from Mbuso Dunge of Weiss VW

I am very disgusted by the service i received from Mbuso Dunge of Weiss VW. I bought a new VW Polo in September 2019. The guy told me that my deal was approved with a R20 000.00 cash back facility. I was very excited and accepted the deal.

The problem started when the guy doesn't give me my number plates. The permit got expired while I was waiting for number plates. I didn't use my car for 2 days. I tried to beg him to facilitate and speed up registration process but I was unsuccessful. The matter was reported to Management.

Management intervened and solved the registration problems.

Noticing the lying trends and behavior from this guy i just requested him of everything he promised me with this deal. I kept on sending him emails and following up with no success. I then noticed that i was taken for a ride and this guy is a con artist.

He deceived and **** to me. He sold me the dreams. This matter was then escalated to Management. On 06 November 2019 the agreement to solve this matter was reached.

Mbuso Dunge from Weiss VW failed to honor his agreement and this incident happened on the 25 November 2019.

He then called me and instructed me to return the car to the dealership (Weiss VW).

I was verbally abused by this guy and I am not sure if he does this to all customers or because he was taking advantage of me because i am a woman.

I then again escalated the matter to management of Weiss VW.

I feel very vulnerable and exploited at the same time. Ever since i bought this car from Mbuso Dunge i was never happy with everything. I hope Weiss VW will do something about this man.

Indeed, men really do takes advantage of us (Womens).

I have never feel this unhappy in my life. Mbuso Dunge does not believe in customer service. Only he cares about is his commission.

I am looking at escalating this matter to Regional Manager and VW SA if i do not get assisted by Weiss VW Management.
