Disgusting service From: Kyle Bester Ford Roodepoort

I bought a Ford focus from Action Ford Roodepoort :Kyle Bester was the sales representative .The car had a tyre sensor problem and old tyres ,i asked him to change the tyres which never happened until today On the 21 st May i booked the car in for the tyre sensor to be fixed at Action Ford Roodepoort they also discovered that the gearbox had a problem .on the 25th May i called to find out when will my car be ready i was was told it have been ready since Wednesday but no one bothered to call me to let me know my car is ready when i fetched the car i realised that the sensor alarm was still there, when i phoned to check what was done on the car i was told only the gearbox was fixed . I then decided to take the car to Ford Midrand where they discovered that the clutch was faulty , the brakes were faulty and the tyres need to be replaced .after discussing with Kyle he suggested that i must bring the car back to their dealership and he arranged a courtesy car for me while they were fixing my car.i hit a pothole with the courtesy car and the wheel cap was damaged.today i received an email from him saying i must pay for the damage on the loan car .If i was sold a car that was in good condition none of this would have happened and i lost a lot of money while my car was being fixed as i use it for business My question to him was is the courtesy car not insured ? he said i damaged the car i must pay for it .no one told me that should the car be damaged in my possession i will have to pay for it .i also want to understand how did my car pass a roadworthy test with so many faults and worn out tyres ? I spoke to Chris this morning requesting to the Job card to be emailed to me im still waiting .I also called the Dealer Principal to address my concern he said he will call me back im still waiting for his call . I am Planning to return the car back to the dealership as im not happy with the condition of the car ,and the service i received THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED IN MY HOLE LIFE!!!!.Pathetic service !!!
