Disgusting service from Action Ford Roodepoort

Worst dealership ever. My Ford Fiesta has had a knocking sound on the front left tyre since early October of this year. Took the vehicle twice for this to be sorted and it still has the same sound despite the technician saying everything was sorted. I received a text message on the 6 November from the dealership saying I will be requested to drop the car off shortly and a loan vehicle will be arranged in the meantime. It’s the 28 December today and I have not heard from the dealership despite me making a few follow up calls. I’m told that there are no loan vehicles but this place is selling cars. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. I’m investigating a possible route of approaching Carte Blanche to expose them.
