Disgusting service at Hartfield Ford

<p>I took my car for a major service yesterday 06 Sept 2016. Mariam Malapan informed in the afternoon that my car is ready for collection. When I get there after signing I discovered that my car was dirty full of white plastic bags. Mariam Malapan ask to double check if the car wasnt washed. What kind of service is that. She told me to bring the car the following morning so that they can clean. I told her I stay in Centurion work in Johannesburg. How does that make business sense or customer sense. I will never take my car to Hatfield for a sesrvice. What an unpleaseant experience and disgusting serviced</p>
