Disgusting service as per usual with Market Toyota Tokai

Please do not support Market Toyota Tokai, you will be sorely disappointed with their after sales service. They are one of the worst companies I had ever dealt with. We had an issue with our car, which wasn't even a year old. We took it in, and I told them we really needed the car because we have a small child that we needed to take to the doctor and we did not have the car for almost a week. They did not give a dam, the service Agent Cindy, was completely arrogant from the moment I spoke to her. Even till today, which is two months later, she was suppose to assist us with sorting out an issue that's on Toyotas side, which she has not even bothered to call us. She is completely arrogant and rude, and I honestly do not know how they allow her to work as a service consultant.

The service manager is just as arrogant and rude. When I went to speak to him, he just shrugged me off and could care less about my issues. He seemed cold and inconsiderate, and the worst kind of manager you can get.

I urge people to not at all do business with them, as they just out to get your money, but after service is a joke and completely disgusting and unprofessional.
