DISGUSTING SERVICE

My sister bought a Polo TSI 2023 Model with 20km on the clock around May 2023. Few days later, there was a horrible sound from the engine, she took it back to the Mcduling Motors Volkswagen to have it checked out. The service Manager advised her that all NEW CARS have that horrible sound until they reach 2000km. The issue persistent and it was then booked for repairs, after it was checked she drove it before she could drive 2 km away from that Dealership that horrible sound started again. The Dealership failed to explain or fix the issue. She test drived other new VW vehicles at thier Dealership and all of them didnt have any horrible sound.The White branch Manager refuse to fix the vehicle or to even listen attentively to the query. He refuse to even trade-in the vehicle. Now she has pay for a faulty vehicle for 72 months.its not even 2 months but there are endless issues. MY PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP AND VW SOUTH AFRICA ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ARE NOT ONE OF THEIRS...
