Disgusting service

<p>My car has been at Vw weiss in Stamford hill for over 2 months now. I sent it for a simple diagnostic test after 2 weeks I get a call saying the diagnostic has been done and the cars gearbox is broken okay fair enough. I had decided I wasn't going to fix the car at vw as the price was ridiculous on arrival to fetch my car and take it away from vw I discover my gearbox and gear compartments have all been stripped completely without my knowledge or without informing me at all about what they did to my car. I had hired a towtruck on that day and had to pay the towtruck for nothing as I couldn't take the car out of vw. The manager had called me and discussed this with me and had assured me that the car would be put back together after about 3 weeks I get a call from the service consultant saying that the car has been put back together and I should fetch it. I hire a towtruck again take off from work a second time to fetch my car on arrival the cars gear compartment is still stripped the hand brake cover is missing, my cars ariel is missing on top of all that they had dented my car on the rear bumper. I questioned the service consultant and he insists initially when I towed the car to vw the dents and scratches was there possibly done by the towtruck that had taken the vehicle to vw. I asked him to show me pictures of the car when it first arrived and the ariel was intacted and there where no scratches. He expected me to take my vehicle in that state from vw. I was no prepared to do that and asked for the manager he wasn't there at the time and the consultant had advised me he would get the manager to call me it's been almost 3 weeks and no phone call from them. I called the manager now to query what is going on and this is what had happened he then tells me if the car isn't running how can they sort all this out and that it isn't fair on them. This is ridiculous I am disgusted by the service level of vw. I advise nobody to ever deal with them has they have no sense of pride or desire to their jobs properly. </p>
