Disgusted on the service with Ford!

<p>My Ford Figo has about 75000km on the clock. Clutch has broken. After running around speaking to Ford Centurion I have been told to see if the clutch can be fixed under warrantee. Centurion informed me they have to take it apart to see if it will be fixed under warrantee and if not I am liable to pay about R2500 for taking apart.. over and above fixing the clutch for R8k. Phoned Menlyn Ford and they said they have to take it apart to see if it will be fixed under warrantee and if not I am liable to pay R4200 for taking apart.. over and above fixing the clutch for R8k. After mentioning I do not have this kind of money. Firstly the amounts between the 2 branches has a huge difference.. How come?? So I contacted Ford Customer Care and they said without any breath.. it will NOT be covered under warrantee it is seen as wear and tear. So not only would I have waisted money by "seeing if it falls under warrentee" Menlyn and Centurion Ford could have just said it will not be fixed under warrentee. I am uterly disgusted that these branches despite my financial situation will make me fork out this money rather than giving me a straight up answer. Shows you how damn inconsiderate they are and not giving proper advise.. and thats how messed up they are rather than giving good customer service. SECONDLY..I WAS considering in future to get myself another Ford after this one BUT not only do I have low ****os for a clutch to break and NOT be fixed under warrentee FORD would rather MILK THE *** more and be GREEDY!! So this is how Ford makes money.. by not being empathetic about the situation or CLIENT and also being misleading on proper warrantee!!! I am so disapointed in the way I have been treated and the damn odacity! Ford disguss me and never in my life will I recommend this brand to anyone!!! Can't believe how damn low they are. I will NEVER buy another Ford!!!! Pathetic! As they have no idea what service means!!!!! </p>
