Disgusted by Weiss VW

If there was a lowered rating that what I would give them

From the 1st time we took our vehicle in it would come back with another problem which they would blame on us and after making enough noise a solution would miraculously appear mind you the vehicle has a maintenance plan but they tried to get us to pay for it.

They are a ***** dealership, their mechanics are inexperienced and probably are using our vehicles as training tools or simply just don't know what they're doing. It takes them a whole day to diagnose your vehicle and by the time they update you they tell you they cant fix it.

The last straw was when we took our Tiguan in 2 weeks ago due to coolant light coming on mind you it was there for service a couple weeks before that. When the car was brought back the hooter was broken, I'm not sure how because these 2 are unrelated and as per usual we were told that it's our fault.

I am disgusted by the way they do business and it explains why there are never any high end VW vehicles that come in there for maintenance. We ended up taking our car back and will refer it to a more professional dealership because I'm worried about what they will break this time around.
