Disgrace

Took my car on the 16th last Tuesday with a clutch issue. I have not received anything from this dealer which they already have bad review. I’m dealing with consultant Rene and she promised to call back since Thursday nothing said. I called 2 hours back my calls are being ignored and I really wish they haven’t started. With all the bad review I see I clearly took my car to a dodge place which I doubt I will receive any service… been trying to reach the dealer and finding out the report but also that seems impossible, no professionalism at Action Ford Roodepoort
