Disappointment

I bought a pre owned Audi RS5 from them on the 8th October 2021. After I bought the vehicle I started noticing problems. - The rims were in a terrible condition - sc****s sanded out with an orbital sander and sprayed with a tin of silver spray to hide the marks. - The audio in the vehicle also sounded terrible - later found out that 2 speakers were blown. - Owners manual missing - Wheel nut cap removal tool and some caps missing. - Drive system fault alarm keeps coming up intermittently - Door sill light (scuff plate) faulty - light looks burnt ...and the list goes on...

After I bought the vehicle and started complaining about these problems, the salesperson simply ignored my calls and messages. I then started speaking with the sales manager directly.

When I addressed all these issues with him, he told me that I should have noticed it before I bought the vehicle.

I took the vehicle in to a local rim repair shop. They found 3 of the 4 rims buckled as well. I had to pay for these repairs out of my own pocket and they only reimbursed me 50% of the amount (according to the manager - as a GOOD WILL GESTURE) This is absolutely pathetic as the car costed me almost R1m.

It is now almost 2 months later and I am still waiting for them to supply me with a new owners manual and wheel nut caps and removal tool.

In conclusion, buying this vehicle from them has so far caused me nothing but disappointment and sleepless nights. I am disgusted by their after sale service and incompetence to say the least. This is not how you do business!
