Disappointed with service delivery by VW Weiss Durban

I must say I was very disappointed with the service I received from VW Weiss greyville Durban. The lady that was assisting me was kind loving had good customer service skills however I was not happy with the fact that I was there on the 13/07/2023 at 7:30 because I wanted to go to work after dropping off my car only to find out that they don't drop you off if are 10 kilometres away from their premises. I work 15 kilometers away and to make things even worse they don't even pick you up when the service on a car is done. One must find their way back to pick their car up. I had to miss work that day.

To make matters worse I noticed that my car had stretches on the left side fender. Took pictures and forwarded them to the lady that was assisting me that day. She said they will do some investigations and get back to me on what they find on their cameras. Its been 13 days still waiting for a response. This was my first time doing service with them I must say it was my last.
