Disappointing Experience at WILLIAMS HUNT FOURWAYS

I purchased a car from WILLIAMS HUNT FOURWAYS in March this year. Although the car was fine, it arrived without the carpets that were supposed to be included. The dealership promised to order and deliver the carpets, but despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive them. It's been several months, and their customer service has been unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of follow-through and communication. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. It's like they forget about their customers after sealing the deal😞
