DISAPPOINTED

<p>HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!<br />What do we do my husband was sold a maintenance plan from Mcdulings Booysens when he purchased his VW in 2014 up until he had his first service he was lead to believe it was a VW maintenanve plan , the lady who sold him the vehicle and policy has since left ! To get it serviced or get assistance is like pulling teeth , he has since discovered they do not operate on a Sat so his car has to be brought in during the week , he can't do this he is at work extremely early 6 and leaves work at 7 , the last time there was an issue Nov 2016 ( his battery packed up ) there was no assistance from VW , ( it's on their page ) It was finally sorted at Constantia and the service manager , came and apologized to my husband and said any further dealings he should speak to him . My husband phoned him this week as the car needs an oil change he told my husband he can't remember him REALLY !!!! Is it Eqstra , is it VW or is it just AFRICA ......you tell us please !!!!!!</p>
