I am honoured to have collected my Car from Vw Strijdom Park, Sales Person Mr Mathew Crichton, He is the BEST, service was top-notch from day 1 when I walked in the dealership to the day I collect my car, I remember I even forgot my ID upon pickup of the car and I had to go back home to get it, however Mr Crichton took it upon himself to drive me to my place and back to the dealer the fact that he could have appointed someone else or even ask me to just go get it shows he is a considered Individual, I am very muchly impressed with the service rendered, Mr Crichton was there above and beyond the confusion I had in terms of Choosing a car not only getting approved was his concern but affordability and satisfaction was top of his list . I got the most BEAUTIFUL colour on my Leather seats He also took an initiative to include service plan for 5 years , I was blown away if there is anything that takes a trophy for me is HONESTY we went through the paper work thoroughly it is a good relief to know what you are paying for Extras and all, the deal was a smooth ride , and not forgetting the good quality pictures he took of myself and my new wheels .
