Defective Vehicle
I have contacted Sean Earle on numerous occasions regarding the bonnet of my vehicle as it make my vehicle look like its more than 15 years old. I had approached the sales manager & a gentleman by the name of Anand & was told that because the complaint is more than 6 months since purchase that I should fit half the bill & they fit half of which I was not happy with. Initially when I purchased my vehicle in 2016, the tyres where an issue which they had resolved. I had taken my vehicle on numerous occasions regarding the central locking whereby sometimes it unlocks all the doors when it set to only open the driver door on single press & up till today I am still having that issue. As mentioned I have emailed Sean regarding my bonnet & till date have not received a response. I am still paying off for the car which I feel I was sold a defective car with all these faults & furthermore the aftersales I feel is shocking. To be told that I must fit half the bill of sorting out an issue with my bonnet which at the time was something small but as time went by my car looks as I said initially (over 15 years old) from the front, not being able to sort out the issue with my central locking (Can be seen on the history as to how many times I have mentioned & brought in plus emails sent), my tyres being an issue when purchasing the vehicle yet I am paying the purchase price & seems like I am paying for a defective vehicle
