DEFECT VEHICLE NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT ON IT!!!!

<p>I bought a brand new Polo TSI 1.2 from Mcduling Motors Volswagen but the condition of the vehicle is not that of a BRAND NEW CAR! Firstly the car had a rattling sound coming from the front, i had to take it to VW on 3 occasions in order to find out the problem was "flat spots" on the tyres! i had the car for 1 week and it had flat spots???????????????? REALLY!!!!???? As if that wasnt enough, a week later it was cold so i tried switching on the heater and guess what??? It doesnt wor****! i took the vehicle back to VW and they advised me they need to strip my dash board...i mean really??? is this what we pay so much money for? In anycase i told them its fine they can do so but they said they dont have a loan vehicle for me, how they expect me to get around ONLY THEY WILL KNOW! They advised me in December 2016 that they will let me know as soon as they have a loan vehicle for me in order to fix my heater, i am still waiting its February 2017 already!!!!!!!!!!! i would not advise anyone to use mcduling Motors Volkswagen in Booysens, Johannesburg!! I will be escalating this further after this HelloPeter complaint! </p>
