Day Light ******* _ IC Auto Nissan Cleawater

I had a car breakdown on the 9th of Dec 2018 and my vehicle was towed to IC Auto (Nissan Clearwater), I contacted the dealership the next day (Monday) to confirm if the tow truck company had delivered the vehicle and spoke to Jackie (Service Advisor) to which i was informed that they were fully booked for the entire week and would not look into the car, I was left stranded without transportation yet I was paying for a car. Out of desperation I decided to contact Nissan customer care and found help from a Lady by the name of Franzelle Tolley, She was excellent, provided regular feedback and still is and arranged a car rental service. She advised that a part (Master cylinder) was required to fix the car and need to be ordered would arrive at the dealership first week Jan 2019 and that the work would be covered under warranty, I didn't mind because I had a courtesy car in the meantime, she contacted me again on the 28 Dec 2018 that the part had arrived and it the work would be completed by the first week of Jan. Another call came through on the 3rd of Jan 2019 advising that the dealership could bleed the clutch and it would take some time. All of a sudden I received a call from Jackie at the dealership today (04 Jan 2019) advising that I was liable for cost of the master cylinder (3000 odd rands) and that there was more work that needed to be done, replacement of some concentric plate and they need authorization from me to open the gear box to replace that part as well as the clutch kit, a further R11000 if the clutch kit installed on my car was a normal solid kit or R28000 if they find it to be a dual one, this really infuriated me because I was informed that the repairs would be covered under warranty and I fail to understand why this wasn't picked up with the initial diagnosis!! I contacted Franzelle back at Nissan Customer care and she advised me that the Master cylinder and the Concentric plate was covered under warranty and would contact the dealer to get more info. She came back to me and advised me that the dealership said the clutch kit was a wear and tear and I needed to pay it as a result. I was informed the warranty is up to 6 years from date of purchase and this mismatch of information had led me to believe this dealership wants to rip me off and would charge me for a replacement kit even if the one in my car is in a good condition and where am I supposed to get this money all of a sudden?? This is really bad and they are bringing the brand name into disrepute
