Customers are Dishonest & Don't deserve Customer Service
I am shocked at the service we received from this dealership. We booked our vehicle in for a service on Friday, 11th March. When my son went to collect his vehicle it looked terrible, not only had it not been cleaned, but the front of the vehicle had been damaged. The foreman who eventually attended to me (after telling reception he did not want to see me , he did not realize he was on loud speaker) basically said we were lying and he would look at camera footage to 'see' if the damaged had occurred during the service. I pointed out that no damaged was marked on the job card when we booked the car in. He also said that they don't clean cars? So we were left without a car for the long weekend because all the mangers were not available. I did get a voice message from the Service Manager who asked me to call him back but did not leave a number! When I eventually got hold of him, he said the matter would only be attended to on Tuesday, 15th March after they had done their investigations. After much back and forth the next week they agreed to repairing the vehicle 'as a gesture of goodwill'. They believed that vehicle was not damaged at their dealership and the service adviser who booked our vehicle in had received a warning for not noting the damage. When we went to collect the vehicle the damaged had been repaired, but they had sprayed the damaged area with matt paint instead of gloss even though they knew how it should be repaired because the rest of the area was visible. So now I have to have the repair redone at my cost! What is evident from this whole debacle is that Williams Hunt The Glen does not see the merit in good customer service or treating the customer with respect. In fact, they have clearly demonstrated that they feel all customers are dishonest, don't deserve the core values of service and they definitely don't care if the customers expectations are met.
