**** customer service and a DP that isn't helpful at all.

I currently purchased a brand new Renault Triber but Never again will I deal with this dealership. Not only is the F&I rude but not helpful at all. The DP doesn't knwi how to return calls. The workshop everything is normal. When 2 other dealerships are saying it not normal. They informed me that my vehicle was in the process of getting checked and diagnostic tests are getting done. As a service advisor I know do run tests your vehicles ignition needs to be on. Tiday is Monday they collected my vehicle in Friday and now I get attitude from the DP that doesn't know how to get back with an update as promised. I still get attitude that they will have my vehicle delivered on Wednesday. I would advise you not to deal with this dealership
