**** After Service/High Pitch Noise From Engine.

Truly disappointed at the lack of after service from Reeds N1 city. Brilliant sales , but after service , absolutely *** !! You guys seriously need to learn how to communicate within your dealership. Its shocking that i have to jump from manager to manager and to foreman of your service department to get any sort of feedback on an on going issue.I regret buying a vehicle from you guys! My car has been in and out of your service department for 2 weeks now for what appears to be a minor fault(High Pitch Noise From Engine).Every day that goes buy i am loosing, im paying for a vehicle that im not using. Very annoyed! I understand that you are not able to replace parts unless you can replicate any sort of issue. But the foreman, Justin , has already seen the issue on my vehicle , You cant tell me that out of hundreds and thousands of these vehicles in S.A that this is a \First"occurrence "
