Complaint

They don't even deserve a star, williams hunt in Pretoria has been the ****piest service provider ever,to begin with they said they did service on my car as per warranty however my car hasn't even reached it's mileage for the next service and the service alert light is on,take it to them because my roadside assistance had expired without them letting me know by the way,I'm then told the engine is damaged,how?for a car that is hardly driven,fast forward... I decline the quotation of 100k+ to fix the car,I'm told I will be charged if I don't pick up the car by Monday,I have made plans to remove the car from their premises since they refuse to take responsibility and still it's a hassle, I'm being told of fees I was not advised of,so the tow truck has left that I again have to pay for. Someone there thinks money grows on trees and their communication s****s is bad. Poorest service of them all.
