Complain poor customer service

I took my car in yesterday (Friday, 19) around 7:00, not even one phone call from them updating me or even giving me a quote, I had to call them 4 times to be told that we will check the car and call u, I called again just before 17:00, for Ruben to call me back it never happened, I expected at least to get a call this morning, I had to call them again. The lady at the switchboard said there is no one at the service department but she will get Ruben to call me,its 2hrs later, guess what. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME
