CMH Melrose Toyota

(First Time buyer) I bought a car July 2017 at CMH Toyota Melrose that I was told is still under Guarantee until this year April when I started having issues with my Gearbox transmission and other technical issues. I inquired with the sales person who sold me whether the was really still under Guarantee before I take it to Ford. It Literally took him two days to get back to regarding this and only to be told that unfortunately it's not and that he thought it was when I asked him. My car is a year old this month and I must say that I am not happy at all.
