Close down Williams Hunt

I dont know why Williams Hunt Fourways exists. Perhaps because poor service is now a South African business norm. Just try phoning them and see what comes up from switchboard. However I have no choice because I own a car contracted to them by GM for service. It took five calls for me to be able to talk to someone at Service because each time I called I was disconnected. There are other nightmares Ive experienced with them but doesnt business worry about customers nowadays?
