Claim for loss of camera

On the 12/10/2015 I booked my vehicle in for repairs at Reeds N1 City, I however left my camera in my vehicle. When I collected my vehicle on the 14/10/2015 the camera was not in the vehicle. I inquired with the dealership and they stated that I signed a document confirming that all my valuables has been removed. However the signature was not mine and was **********ly signed.<br> Having presented Reeds with the facts odf theft and ***** they agreed to contribute R750.00 towards the purchase of a new camera but the cost exceed that amount by far<br> <br> I am perturbed that you have not responded to my mail, it is quite clear that you do not show much regard for my concern notwithstanding the severity hereof in that I constantly had to communicate with your assistant on this very serious matter which constitutes ***** and theft. <br> If for any reason you think that a hand out of R750.00 voucher will settle the matter and you do not realize the severe consequence of *****ulence that evidently lead to the loss of my camera<br> <br> Failure of Reeds N1 City to take full responsibility for the cost will leave me no alternative, but to proceed with further litigation<br>
