CHM TOYOTA MELROSE- WORST TOYOTA

My car was scratched from the front door all the way to the back door on the right side. they re-sprayed the doors. when i went to pick my car up the front lip on the bumper was loose. they said they will sort it out, i took it to them 3 days after that, they called and said it was sorted out. i then went to pick the car up again and see that it was not fixed.<br> <br> Cindy the manager does not show her face when i go there, she lets Jason(service adviser) deal with me.<br> Nobody checks my car, no call from the dealer principal or anything.<br> <br> Worst toyota that i have been to.
