Chevrolet Utility Clutch pad endless problems

I bought Chevrolet Utility in December 2015 and have had endless problems with the clutch pad. Now the maintenance plan I have signed with them put the blame on my driving and says they will not pay for the replacement. The company that Chevrolet uses for this maintenance plan is Equestra.
