Carnival Toyota Driver unsafe experience

On 25 March 2020 My wife took her car in and when collected by the driver. The Driver drove so bad that she was afraid of her life. I did contact the Dealer Principal regarding this Matter and still now 2 Months later no one from Carnival Toyota contacted my Wife to apologize in any way. The staff actually laughed when told about the bad experience.
