Careless and negligent

BMW Kempton Park has been my preferred dealer for the past 7 years and it saddens me to write a negative review of a dealer I called home.

Not impressed with the customer service with BMW Kempton park. You don’t wanna to take your car here, they are reckless and negligent. If you never pick up anything post maintenance they will not alert you nor fix it, its your loss. My car came back without a ///M badge and scratched. This place has turned into a perfect place to turn your slick ride into a s**** in a just a few hours from dropping it off. If you love your car this review is to assist you make an informed decision, do not take it to BMW Kempton Park.
