Car under Warranty, no proper Correspondence nor Courtesy Car for a Black Woman

I am beyond being disappointed with the latest treatment I got from Williams Hunt Port Elizabeth. At beginning of September I took a new and never used set of car keys of my Chevrolet Captiva that I bought from them. The new set seemed to be not activated and was referred to a workshop consultant whom said that it is because it hasn't been used for too long and so I must book an appointment for it to be reprogrammed, got the 22nd September date for that. 22nd came and I was told the key is fine and wasn't suppose to get an appointment for such a service. I took that opportunity whilst admitting my vehicle for the key reprogramming to report a mechanical sound that's been a concern for me lately and the was taken in for evaluation. Car was still under insurance warranty when took in, there was no update given to me as for the nature of the problem and the terms of its repair. I had to always call their office to get an unsatisfactory response. I had to ask for a courtesy car myself after days of my vehicle being taken in and was promised to get one but up until today, my car is not back and I don't have a courtesy car, had to resort on hiring a vehicle to meet up with my day to day runnings. Tomorrow will be a second week without my car and with out any adequate correspondence from the company. I have been a loyal client to this company and I paid my car within a period that's less than expected. Now I will Never again do business with them neither would I recommend Williams Hunt Port Elizabeth to anyone that I know.
