Car "Repair" Service Not Up to Par

I have 2014 Corsa Essentia 1.4 that has approximately 33K on the clock.

I recently booked my car at Williams Hunt Randburg for a Starter Issue which led to the following two more issues:

Leaking Water Tank Leaking Radiator Fan

After the service center claimed to have fixed all the issues, they returned my car only for my car to start experiencing the same issues a week after repairs. The car cannot retain water despite the "fixes" Williams Hunt Randburg claim to have implemented. Furthermore, my car is stationary because the starter doesn't work again.

I believe the dealership rushed the repairs to my car so that I could return the courtesy car. The workmanship is poor - bad service overall.
