<p>i am very hurt and fastrated with the service i have been getting from action ford, my car had been giving a problem which i took to ford for repairs i had brought the car in 2014 and is still under warranty , the ist time i took it in they said the car is fine but it gave me the same issue when i was on the way home which i had to tow back the next day as the car did not move at all </p> <p> </p> <p>they checked the car and mentioned that the car needed to be booked in for reparis which was about almist 3 weeks now, the mentioned that due to that i missed one of my service which i had to bring it in at 40 000km i brought it in at 50 000km thus the powertrain warranty will be 50% while the rest of the warranty will be covered at 100% </p> <p> </p> <p>the part they repaired had noting to do with the powertrain issue </p> <p> </p> <p>now after my 50 000km service i has asked the the service consaltunt when my next service will be they said the next 20 000KM meaning 70 000KM now i am told that the warrany will only cover me for the 50% but to my knowlede the rest of warranty excluding the powertrain needs to be coverd at 100% as once off Good will assistance </p> <p> </p> <p>i am very dissatified with the treatment and service i have been getting and even considering leaving the ford brand for a much more better and reliable brand as what i thought the brand stands for was quality and accurate service but in my case i have had on horrible service that i do not wish it even on my worst enemy </p>
