Car part sold incorrect

<p>Im driving a 1 series BMW and it needed a folding top module for the Sun roof. I called BMW at Croydon and spoke to Charles storer who gave me a part no and a quotation via email. i went to buy the part and the sales by person by the name of Izack Marks sold me a incorrect part. I paid R5096 on the 21/09/2016 and collected the part on the 22/09/2016 on the same day i advise Isaac the part is incorrect. He advised that he will enquire with the Parts department and advised on the 23/09/2016 that I may return the part, I then returned the part and was advised by Rashid Khan after two weeks he advised that it is not returnable and he is still awaiting Izack to come back from sick leave in order for him to hear his side.</p>
