Car not serviced

Took my car for service 2 months ago.Seems like nothing was done to the car as now I am hearing funny sounds when I change gears.I called them if I should bring the car so they can properly fix it and they told me that once the car leave the premises is considered fix..This is by far bad services I have ever received..
