Can't complaint about the service because there is no service!

I have been battling to get my vehicle repaired. All I have received since April 2019 is empty promises. I have previously lodged a complaint and was promised that the workshop manager would phone me. Needless to say that did not happen. I thought that Quinton was the problem but I was informed that he is no longer employed by them. Two weeks ago I spoke to Wynand who promised to contact me early last week to make arrangements to resolve the problem. We are another week down the line and I have not received any calls from Wynand. I used to be a happy client but unfortunately their service has deteriorated to such an extent that I will not recommend them to anybody.
