Canopy not serving it's purpose

<p>So in December last year I bought a Chev utility vehicle from Reeds at N1 City from a very good sales Person. I cannot say the same however for the after sales service I have received from everyone since his departure. In winter this year I experienced leaks in the back of the bakkie. This was not minimal amounts as the water literally runs from back to front everytime I accelerate and brake. Andy Cab has also been invloved and after sending it in about 3 or 4 times Andy cab then swapped the canopy over. However, it is now worse than it was before as the rubber on the sides of the canopy is soaking wet. I specifically bought a bakkie with Canopy to cart my sound equipment around but this has unfortunatly not served it's purpose. I am on the verge of taking this matter further as the manager that I emailed simply didnt bother responding to my mail nor did the sales person that took over. I am at a stage now where I feel I need to take this matter to the Consumer act as I've given everyone enough chances.</p> <p>I've always rated reeds very highly in service but since my salesperson has left (who by the way provided excellent after sales service), I have to say the service has been pathetic.</p>
