Can Volkswagen Strijdom Park do anything RIGHT?
My experience with VW Strijdom Park just gets better with time. Yesterday evening I had a flat on the N1 on my way home from work only to find out that the wheel spanner that came with the car when it was sold to me me was the wrong size for the nuts on the tires. So i had to wait for over 2 hours on the side of the highway for someone to get through peek hour traffic to get the right size to change my flat tire.

22 Nov 2019, 09:01I will also never forgot how VW made me believe that they were going to pay replace my brakes at their cost only to charge me once the job was complete.
No where in the screen shot of their mail below below does it say that I have to pay anything.
"As a further gesture of apology I would like to offer you the replacement of the replacement of the required brakes and ECU bracket at our Internal cost, - Front Brake Pads, R1338.86 (parts, labour and VAT) - ECU Bracket, R248.27 (part only, no labour charge incl VAT) In addition to these preferential prices I would also like to do a complementary interior valet on your vehicle at the time of you visit. "
