Broke breaks during car service

<p>I took my car last week on Monday, the 7 August for 60 000km car service. When I took it in, I had no problems with my car. I do not drive long distances and I take care of my car. I was charged the service and told that my breaks pads were finished, I should change them. This was new to me as I never have problems with breaks when I took my car in. I paid for the service and asked them to leave the breaks as they were. To my surprise when I took my car back. While driving, the breaks started to make noise. To an extent that I feel very unsafe when driving my car. I dont know what they did to my breaks. They want me to pay more than the service I paid for. This is broad day light *******. I will not accept this and will take further steps if nothing is done by William Hunt. What did they do to my car to make it scream when I drive? Un acceptable!!!!!! I am taking further steps and will expose their ***** deals. </p>
