BMW NORTHCLIFF - Pathetic Customer Care!!

Excited to collect my used X1 from this dealership having spent R800 to get there and find that the X1 has been resprayed in several places, dents and scratches not removed and the surety that the dealer gives of a accident free car do not match up. Spending quarter of a million rand is not something everyone can afford and yet I was ready with all paperwork done to find that R240k would buy something so terrible!

No apologies or trying to make it up from the manager but the entire case was just left to the sales consultant who did his best to keep me happy - is that enough? Is a customer that buys a used vehicle not important? Is R240k not of any value? Is a customer of no value to this dealership and its managers? It definitely seems so!

Just by the way, having driven from Limpopo to Randburg -Northcliff and a day out all expenses bill up to R1800, travels, lunch etc just to return with no car!!

Since a small customer like myself holds no value to this BMW dealership I am sure the above bill is pretty cash for them to reimburse!!!
