BMW Northcliff Approved Repair Centre - Disappointing Service

On the 28th of April 2023 my car was taken in to BMW Northcliff Repair Centre after I had hit a pothole. My claim was processed with my insurer and everything seemed like it was going well. In the beginning I received regular SMS's from these guys giving an update on the progress of my car. The communication suddenly stopped and I had to call in regularly to check the progress of my car. There would be days when I would call and be told someone would call me back and that would never happen. My insurer had given me a courtesy vehicle which had to be returned 30 days later and no sign from BMW Northcliff Repair Centre of having my car completed. Today is 7th of June, I have no courtesy vehicle, and each time I call this repair centre I'm told my rims were taken in for fixing and they do not have an ETA on when they would be completed. This whole situation has left a bitter taste in mouth and I'm not even convinced that my car is being fixed or given the attention it deserves. I'm highly disappointed and worried how other customers have been treated before.
