BMW KEMPTON PARK PATHETIC

Just thought I'd follow up on the issue.... The above matter was referred to the Office of the Ombudsman. The investigator suggested that the vehicle be sent to a neutral workshop, where the issue can be diagnosed and a report of what caused the breakdown be supp****. Bmw Kempton Park sent my vehicle to Motus Ford in Kempton Park.

Motus Ford investigated and found that the car overheated. (HEAT GAUGE NEVER WENT UP) Motus Ford also stated that the Radiator cap was faulty, which lead to the car overheating.

With that said, it is obvious, Bmw Kempton Park sold me a defective vehicle.

Bmw Kempton Park still insists that they will not be responsible for the repairs to my vehicle.

Still awaiting final finding from the Office Of Ombudsman.

Please people that read this, be very careful when buying a car from Bmw Kempton Park. Tell your friends and family. Let's help before there are more victims like myself.
